Description: Electric heated glass, also named Heated demist glass, which is heating-up after power turn on to keep the glass clear without fog thought the glass work for difference in tempered.
 
Processed explain: The structure is laminated by two of glass and PVB or exclusive use glue, and embed the ultrathin tungsten wire, or coat a ITO film on glass surface, to heat-up after connecting with power.
Heating explain:Glass itself has thermal resistance, when it connecting with temperature controlling system, the temperature of glass surface automatically adjusted. The highest temperature of glass is 40ºC, light transmittance about 80%.
Processed type:Insulation coated heated glass, multi-layer insulation heated, laminated wire heated glass, cured heated glass, square, irregular shape, etc.
Performance:
1.Demist: when the power turn on, glass temperature heating-up(normally 35-40ºC), keep the status above air dew point, to achieve transmittance of glass without fog and frost.
2.Excellent optical performance: using tungsten wire or ITO film as heating media, ensure the transmittance function well, anti-distortion, so we can see inside clearly, truly in high resolution.
3.Anti-UV rays: good absorption in tempered glass for UV rays, which can be resisted effectively, to reduce the harm of body and indoor facilities.
Application:
Refrigerator, freezer, environment testing box, display cake cabinet, home use demist, sunshade defog, snow, etc.
Maintenance: 
During product using, should prevent knock with something hard.
Please using soft cleaning rag to clean the glass surface lightly.
